Then we’ll dive into the signature moves of this dynamic dance.

And the best part? We’ll wrap up with a 30-minute DJ’d social/practice dance so you can put those new moves into action and cement them into your body! 🔥

*** 📣 Balance Gym - Foggy Bottom is located in 🏨 Fairmont Washington D.C Hotel.

When you get there, walk through the hotel's main entrance -> turn right -> continue walking toward the end of the hallway > you'll see a staircase on your left > walk down that staircase and you'll see the gym entrance. ***
